Destiny is a Choice – What is your definition of the term Destiny? You hear a lot about the term but in most cases, I think, it is used incorrectly. You can’t just sit back and wait for some clandestine cloud to blanket your life with success or failure. You make your own success and you make your own failure.

What do you think? Is destiny a choice, something predetermined or is it ordered by the Lord? I think our path is ordered by the Lord but I do believe destiny is a choice.
You have a say so, in most cases, in your destination. Of course there are many unseen factors along the way but you still have a choice. When you make the right choices you will get the right results.
When you decided to smoke, drink to much, and run around with others who do the same; you can be assured the out come will not be the best. If you made the decision to participate in behavior which is proven to damage your health. Is it your destiny to contract lung cancer, become alcoholic or drug addict. I know you get the point. If you don’t get the point… oh well.
I have heard many individuals declare what happened to them was fate. Maybe the event was ordered by God in order to guide them in the direction He wanted them to go. However, fate, for the most part, is in your hands and rides upon our decisions.
Don’t get me wrong. I do believe, as stated before, God orders our steps. However, we also have the ability to reorder our own steps. In other words we can step out of the will of God and suffer or succeed on our own choices.
Destiny is a choice. Let me encourage you today to make the right decision and you will get the right results.
If you make good decision in regards to your future you have a better chance at accomplishing those goals. If you make poor decision of course you will most likely receive poor results.
When you stop to think about the word destiny you realize it really is a desired destination. If you want to arrive at your correct or predicted destination you must get on the right train. Make your you make good choices and you will get on the right train and arrive safely at your destination.
